Thank you for choosing Madhav Smart Canteen. As a food and canteen service, our products are prepared fresh to order and cannot be returned once they leave our kitchen. Due to the nature of perishable food products and safety reasons, returns are not accepted.
Quality Issues
If you have received an item that is incorrect, damaged, or of unacceptable quality, please contact us immediately (within 30 minutes of receiving your order) with your order details and a photo of the issue.
Refund & Replacement
We will review all claims related to quality, incorrect items, or missing items.
If your claim is verified, we will offer a replacement of the item or a refund/credit at our sole discretion.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
